How Virtual Doula Support Can Help During Pregnancy

Pregnancy can bring plenty of questions, particularly when you are trying to prepare for birth while balancing work, family and everyday responsibilities. Having someone available to talk through concerns, organise your thoughts and help you prepare can make the experience feel more manageable. A doula can provide non-medical emotional, physical and informational support during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. This role is different from that of a midwife or doctor, who provides clinical care.
